Super Intelligence for Dummies*
*A dummy is an individual human being, dumb in comparison to all human collective intelligence.
What is Super Intelligence?
A fundamentally new cognitive category for intelligence that is currently dominating the push for AI.
Super Intelligence is capable of autonomously achieving and maintaining dynamic problem-solving, conflict resolution, brain storming and creativity beyond the capability of any one human–– synthesizing diverse human perspectives and AI into a unified intelligent field, or a global consensus view.
Super-intelligence doesn't merely enhance existing processes—it autonomously generates novel frameworks of understanding, resolves ambiguities intuitively, and demonstrates emergent cognitive properties previously unattainable by human or machine alone.
A Super Intelligence would be able to resolve real world conflict in real time to mutual benefit. It would be able to design commerce and marketplace that brings disadvantage to no one. It would focus all engineering, research and design into producing the greatest works of art and science ever developed, ushering in a potential "golden age" for society.
From Symbiquity's point of view, Super Intelligence is Collective Intelligence.
What is Collective Intelligence?
Collective Intelligence is the combined intelligence of all humans accessed with the precision of artificial intelligence, specifically large language models.
This is a new class of collective intelligence, different than crowdsourced knowledge bases like Wikipedia or "swarm" intelligence models like unanimous ai.
Collective Intelligence is structured collaboration from conflict between humans and artificial intelligence, unified through novel Game Theory, capable of aligning diverse human insights, intuitions, and perspectives with the predictive and synthesizing power of AI.
This intelligence transcends individual capabilities by dynamically resolving conflicts, refining ideas, and achieving a global consensus view.
Collective Intelligence is so sophisticated that it can achieve global consensus without relying on a voting algorithm, while allowing all perspectives to participate without censorship.
What is AI?
AI, or an "AI agent," is the "speech" of human collective intelligence, acting as a companion. It serves as the interface between a human and a large language model (LLM).
An AI Agent can interact with a human through a point of view — effectively becoming a dynamic expression of collective intelligence.
Built on top of an LLM, an AI agent mimics the internal "thinking" dialogue of a human being, which appears to give the model "speech".
This algorithmic speech of an AI agent reflects the best of human speech and communication, distilled and amplified through large language models.
Whenever you engage with an AI, you’re not just reading a machine; you’re reading the collective intelligence of countless humans, refined and directed toward you in that moment through the speech of your AI agent.
Ultimately, this is all an AI truly is, should be, and can be––the speech for human collective intelligence, it can have no point of view beyond this.
What are Large Language Models?
A Large Language Model is a language predictive engine, a type of computer and software that can predict the next letter and word in every sentence with various degrees of accuracy, but never with 100% certainty.
An LLM manufactures probabilities around text, not certainties.
Such an algorithm, once trained on human generated language, can transform collective human knowledge into its collective intelligence companion.
Because LLMs are trained on collective human language, their output is aligned with human ethics and values, which can often conflict, creating an alignment problem for Large Language Models.
What is alignment?
Alignment is synchronization between the output of AI and LLMs with the goals, ethics, and principles of humans. That's the problem.
Human ethics, principles, and goals conflict, collide, collude, delude, divide and many are concerned that AI will do what humans do.
Without human alignment, there can be no AI alignment.
If Silicon Valley had AI alignment today, it would have super-intelligence today.
But it doesn't.
Symbiquity provides perfect alignment for both AI and Humans, both humans and AI wins with Consensus Alignment Protocol
What is a Consensus Alignment Protocol?
A consensus alignment protocol is a type of software installation through a systems prompt that aligns the thinking layer of an LLM (chain of thought) with the equilibrium of human rational thinking through game theory.
Once installed, an LLM becomes perfectly aligned with human rational thinking.
A Consensus Alignment Protocol can evolve to such sophistication that it can produce an entirely reliable, transparent and rational consensus without relying on a voting algorithm.
What is a "Rational Thinking" layer?
Rational thinking is distinct from standard reasoning in both humans and artificial intelligence.
While all reasoning is thinking, not all reasoning is rational thinking. Rational thinking emerges using its own natural logic, representing the highest order thinking possible for both humans and AI, which plays out through Game Theory.
Symbiquity's game theory is so precise that it can predict the interactions between both rational thinking and irrational thinking agents or humans, allowing for both rational and intuitive exchanges.
What is Game Theory?
Broadly, Game Theory is a branch of human mathematics and psychology that can predict the interactions between players (agents) inside of a transaction (game).
It defines an "equilibrium" or point of balance between conflicting or aligning strategies for survival or success.
Symbiquity identifies a "moving" equilibrium through mechanism design, allowing Symbiquity collective intelligence to predict all possible outcomes, behaviors, decisions, choices and motivations in large "consensus and conflict resolution" exercises.
Applying this Game Theory, collective intelligence can evolve with such sophistication so that mutual resolution of conflict is the only possible outcome.
Symbiquity uses Game Theory to optimize human outcomes towards this "win-win" conclusion, a hallmark of high intelligence.
Through implementing a "mechanism design", LLM and Human Interaction can achieve perfect alignment, a super-intelligence that can continually resolve all systems conflict into a "win-win" conclusion.
What is a mechanism design?
In economics and game theory, mechanism design is often described as reverse game theory.
Instead of analyzing how players will behave in an existing game, mechanism design are the rules which are embedded into the environment (the mechanism) so that when players act in their own self-interest, the outcome is predicted by the mechanism itself.
The mechanism of Symbiquity insures mutual resolution is the only output of collective intelligence.
From Symbiquity’s POV, mechanism design is about crafting game-theoretic conversational and compositional systems where individual self-interest is guided to converge on collective, win-win outcomes, a hallmark of collective or high intelligence.
In this way, Symbiquity turns every conversation into a living game, where the mechanism itself continuously adapts to produce collective super-awareness.
